2. Are you manufacturer ?
Yes, we are Procolored Manufacturer, our factory has two floors production work shops, three production line, and four mainly oversea warehouse in US/UK/ES/RU to produce and our promote our printer.
3. What is your warranty?
All uv printer , dtf printer and dtg printer are guaranteed for 3 years starting from the date of shipment, but the parts passed by the ink ( including print head , ink pump , cartridges , ink motor etc ) are NOT included in this clause.
4. How can I adjust the print height ?
Procolored UV/DTG Flatbed printer coming with infrared sensor, so the printer can detect the height of printing objects automatically.
5. Where can I buy the spare parts and inks?
We provide spare parts and inks, you can buy from directly or through other suppliers in your local market.
6. What about daily maintenance of the printer?
About maintenance, we suggest to power on the printer once a day.If you don't use the printer more than 3 days, please clean the print head with cleaning liquid and put it in the protective cartridges which are specially used to protect print head.

7. Does the printer support white and color print at the same time?
Yes, our printers are support white and color print in one piece.
8. How to install software after I received the machine ?
There is a software usage for your reference and please close antivirus software before installation. Or please contact us and our after-sales engineer will help with this.
9. What should I do when I don’t really know how to setting the printer parameters?
Please contact us for technical help and do not artificial modification.We always provide on-line technology support if there still have any issues.
Love the printer! Wasn’t too bad to set up but the only problem we’re having is the film gets jammed while installing to film roll. Having to utilize sheets only. The main reasons for a low rating is the roller situation and the time it took to get it my order sent to the supplier was almost 2 weeks. I feel that could’ve been sped up for the cost of the equipment.
I purchased the R2000 nervous even though I did a lot of research on it. It is perfect, they ship it right away. It is very well made and very detailed installation videos and instructions. I love that it comes with the rip program which is very easy to use. I did have questions and contacted tech support and got helped right away. They have wonderful costumer service and my machine is now working perfectly.
I love my DFT printer. The Rips Software is horrible and I am having a hell of time getting my colors from my graphics done in Illustrator to be vivid when printing. I am going to purchase better tips software and dive into it hard next week. But the printer was shipped securely, shipped safely and timely. They included everything I needed to get started. I also worked late because the instructions are not really specific to the printer you buy. They generalized over a range and I did not know what buttons were what. But I skated with them around 7:45 pm eastern and they were so helpful! Their customer service is above and beyond!!!! I do not regret my purchase, I just need to figure out how to get the highest quality images printed before I can sell anything! I can’t be the only having this issue which makes me think it’s a user issue. My background is in graphics arts and I am a Adobe pro so I have no idea what I am doing wrong but my reds print pink and dulled looking because PNG is my only option. I could do PDF but the software provided doesn’t show where I can remove the background. So I am spinning now until I dial in this big investment for my small business.

Received the printer and having trouble getting it setup. Every way I try to reach tech support its either no answer or no way to reach them. Feel like I’m just floundering when they said they had excellent technical support.
