I've had this printer for 6 months. It is easy to use but does require upkeep. Very user friendly and the support has been great! This printer makes life so much easier compared to using htv. I especially love using the glitter film!! Worth every penny.
This machine is a work hourse if you take care of it. Do your research on the daily maintenance. This will take your business to the next level but you have to have the time for it. Like your car you have to do things to keep it running. Helpful support but they are in China so there is a time difference and you will need to talk to them either in the early morning or late night.
I got my procolored L1800 in, set it up, and been making Bank. I really love their l1800 and their customer service is Amazing! I highly recommend purchasing!
