This brand works great!
I successfully set it up and used it the first day. The tutorial videos are definitely helpful though the instructions need further improvement.
Indeed beautiful print and easy-to-contact tech support and customer service!
(should note that the software is NOT Mac supported, luckily I've got an additional computer)
