After your video is approved, we will optimize it to ensure it meets our publishing standards. During this process, we may contact you for additional materials or clarification if needed.

Video Launched Officially

Once optimization is complete, your video will be published on our website and promoted through official Procolored channels. We will also reach out to you to fulfill the project reward.

FAQ

1.Are there any requirements for the submitted videos?

The submitted videos must meet the following criteria:

a. The resolution should be at least 720p, in common video formats (MP4, MOV, etc.), with a duration between 3 to 10 minutes.

b. The video must feature Procolored products or brand elements (such as product appearance, model, logo, etc.) and show real-life usage scenarios.Also explanatory narration or voice-over commentary should be included in the videos.

False advertising or exaggerated claims are strictly prohibited.

c. Videos that already been published online are not eligible for program. And the submitted videos should not be published on any third-party platforms in the future.

d. Video content should be original and different from those have been published online.

e. Accepted languages for Videos: English, German, French, and Spanish.

2.Does Procolored have any suggestions for video content?

You can refer to these four content categories for your video:

Basic Operation Videos: Printer setup, software configuration, printing material usage, basic maintenance, etc.
Troubleshooting Videos: How to resolve common issues (like ink blockages, flashing lights, etc.).
Creative Techniques Videos: Software tips, complex design examples, special material applications, etc.
Creative Application Videos: Unique ways to use materials or create special effects through printing.

3.What are the specific reward terms for the project?

a. Compensation & Commission: Video creators can choose between a one-time full payment or sales commission.

The fixed fee standards are as follows:

Basic Operation Videos: $50 each
Troubleshooting and CreativeTechniques Videos: $100 each
Creative Application Videos: $200 each

Commission Rules: Video creators will earn 30% of the course sales revenue, settled monthly. Commissions for the previous month will be paid on the 10th of each month.

b. Official Recognition: Creators with outstanding video quality have the opportunity to be awarded the title of “Procolored Certified Instructor” and be featured on the official website.

c. Point Rewards:Basic Operation Videos: 1,000 pointsOther Instructional Videos: 1,500 points

d. Exclusive Perks: Enjoy priority access to new products and exclusive invitations to Procolored offline events.

Note: These four rewards apply only to users whose instructional videos are accepted as online courses. Other video submitters who meet the conditions in FAQ Question 1 (a and b) but whose videos are not selected as online courses will receive a $50 universal coupon for use on the Procolored official website.

4.How Will My Course Be Priced If Accepted as an Online Course?

If your course is accepted as an online course, each lesson will be priced based on its quality and value to users. Here’s the general pricing range:
