I am really enjoying my machine, it was kinda hard to set up at first but bosco helped me out. Also the blade to cut the dtf film was broken in half. And i could not remove the broken piece, bosco helped me. And i had to order the part from amazon to remove the broken blade. The printer in all is really great and the customer support ,customer service are excellent.
The printer is excellent, and the service from the after-sales engineers is outstanding. They patiently guided me, a newbie, step by step on how to print my first T-shirt. I appreciate their assistance and highly recommend them.
