Equipped with the upgraded smoke-free oven, it helps reduce the air pollution and unpleasant odors compared with traditional DTF printing—creating a healthier, more comfortable workspace, especially for home users.
Beyond printing performance, the K13 (Lite) enhances usability with one-touch ink pumping and an intuitive visual touch screen that offers three pre-set pixel-style themes for a personalized user experience.
Engineered with beginners in mind, the printer features an easy-maintenance printhead and automatic cleaning technology, preventing clogging and ink drying while ensuring long-term stability.

Shipping Time
Usually it takes 7 to 14 business days to arrive. However, for K13 Lite orders, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for order processing due to high volume.
Our default shipment method is air shipment by DHL Express or Fedex Express.
If you purchase ink, powder and other consumables together with the machine, the machine will be transported separately from the liquid and powder according to the transportation policy, so the delivery time is not exactly the same.
Shipping Fee

Some remote countries and regions such as Africa and Latin America need to make up part of the freight. The specific standard is subject to the shipping fee displayed at checkout.

How do I get the $100 discount code after paying the $5 deposit? Can it be used on any product?
The code is sent automatically to your email. It's only valid for orders of Sept. 26th - Oct. 31st and typically only for
the specified model (K13 lite series).
If I pay the deposit but don't order before Oct. 31st, is the $5 deposit refundable?
The deposit secures the discount and entry into the draw. It will be refunded in December if you don't
place an order before Oct. 31st.
What's the main differences between the F13 and K13 Lite?
The main differences between the F13 and K13-LITE are the printhead configuration and the control board.
At present, the K13-LITE prints about 15% slower than the F13. However, its final print speed may vary
depending on the software version.
Overall, the K13-LITE is designed specifically for entry-level DTF users. It offers the perfect balance of
affordability, ease of use, and full functionality, making it the ideal choice for beginners or small
studios seeking a reliable and professional solution.
How to Pay the Final Balance?
When the K13 Lite launches in Sept. 26th, the deposit page will switch to the final payment page. Just
revisit the same page to complete your payment—your $100 discount will be applied automatically. We’ll
also send you an email reminder.
If I place multiple deposit orders, can the $100 discount be stacked?
No. The $100 deposit discount is limited to one use per order and cannot be stacked with other codes.
Can I return the K13 Lite after winning the hidden-edition printer?
If a winning lucky cancels or returns the ordered K13 Lite, the eligibility for the Hidden Edition prize
will be void.
How do I enter the draw for the 30 hidden edition machines?
Pay the $5 deposit before Sept. 26th and successfully order the K13 Lite using the code during Sept. 26th - Oct. 31st.
When are the draw results announced? When is the hidden edition machine shipped?
Results will be announced during live streams on Oct 10, Oct 20, and Oct 31. The hidden edition machine
will ship separately in December.
Does the extended warranty and free printhead replacement apply to all models?
No. This is a specific promotion only for K13 lite orders placed before December 31, 2025 (PDT).
What does "2 Free Printhead replacements within one year" mean?
For K13 lite users who purchase before Dec 31, 2025(PDT): get up to 2 Free Printhead replacements (for
non-human damage) within the one-year warranty period. Fees apply beyond this.
What systems does the K13 Lite support?
The K13 Lite is only compatible with Windows OS. Other operating systems, including macOS are not
supported.
