The wait is over — Procolored X one is officially launched on Kickstarter.

Built for small business owners, craft creators, DIY makers, and tech enthusiasts, X one combines UV printing, laser engraving, and UV DTF sticker creation into one streamlined workflow — helping you create more and earn more with less space, less complexity, and less cost.

Whether you want to print on custom products, engrave designs, or produce UV DTF stickers for your own business, X one makes the entire workflow easier than ever.

What Is Procolored X one?

Why Choose Procolored X one?

X one is not a UV printer with a laser bolted onto the side. The two technologies are co-designed so each one makes the other better. That distinction shows up in four concrete ways.

Laser pre-treatment replaces chemical primers.

Traditional UV printing on metal, glass, or polished plastic relies on a separate adhesion promoter — a chemical step that introduces fumes, trial-and-error, and extra inventory. X one’s laser conditions the surface directly before printing, so ink bonds firmly without any primer at all. Less mess, fewer consumables, faster setup.

Engrave-then-print in one alignment.

X one engraves the relief and prints the color in the same pass, without removing the workpiece. No realignment. No registration drift. No wasted blanks.

Print, then cut from the same substrate.

Custom acrylic signs, layered keychains, intricate stickers — X one cuts the finished shape from the same material it just printed on, in one workflow.

Built-in UV DTF, no laminator needed.

UV DTF stickers normally require a separate laminator step. X one integrates roll-to-roll UV DTF production directly, so stickers come off the machine peel-and-stick ready.

The system also runs more independently than typical desktop UV machines. CCD camera positioning and infrared height detection let X one read each object’s placement and surface contour automatically.

An onboard touchscreen handles job control complementing the desktop software where designs are set up and production is queued. White ink circulation, agitation, and self-cleaning systems are engineered to protect the printheads through long, unattended production runs.

Across 400+ compatible materials — including acrylic, wood, metal, leather, glass, stainless steel, ceramic, and plastic — X one delivers consistent, commercial-grade results from the first piece to the last.

Designed for Whom?

Procolored X one is specifically designed for:

Small business owners

DIY makers and hobbyists

Tech enthusiasts

Etsy and Shopify sellers

Custom gift shops

Creative studios

X one is the machine you would choose if you sell — or want to sell — wood signs with engraved relief and color-fill logos, etched metal nameplates, custom acrylic awards combining 3D engraving and color, personalized tumblers and bottles, layered keychains, leather tags, or UV DTF stickers for irregular and curved surfaces.

Instead of investing in multiple machines, you can now run an entire workflow from a single setup. Whether you’re starting a small business or scaling an existing one, X one assists you from idea to finished product.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between X one and a regular UV printer?

A regular UV printer prints. X one prints, engraves with two different laser types, cuts, and produces UV DTF stickers — in one machine, one alignment, one workflow. It also uses its laser to pre-treat surfaces, so most jobs do not need a separate UV primer.

What materials can X one print and engrave on?

X one is compatible with 400+ materials. You can print on acrylic, wood, leather, glass, metal, stainless steel, ceramic, plastic, and more. The 20W blue diode laser handles wood, acrylic, leather, and plastics; the 2W infrared laser is optimized for metal marking.

Does X one require UV primer or adhesion promoter?

For most materials, no. X one’s laser pre-treatment conditions the surface directly before printing, eliminating the need for a separate chemical primer on most jobs. This saves time, removes a toxic step from the workflow, and reduces inventory.

What is the maximum print height on X one?

X one accepts workpieces up to 140 mm tall, which fits most tumblers, large bottles, thick signs, and irregular objects that do not fit on standard desktop UV printers.

What inks does X one use, and is white ink included?

X one supports a full CMYK + White + Varnish ink configuration at up to 1440 DPI. All Kickstarter bundles include a UV ink kit of 1,250ml (five 250ml bottles) shipped with the machine.

Is X one suitable for beginners?

X one is designed for creators across experience levels. An onboard touchscreen provides quick controls and job status at the machine, while design setup runs through Procolored's desktop software. CCD camera positioning aligns workpieces automatically, and AI-powered design tools plus a growing template library shorten the path from idea to finished product. Procolored also provides lifetime customer support.

When will the Procolored X one ship?

All Kickstarter bundles ship globally with estimated delivery in January 2027. Check the official Kickstarter campaign page for the most current updates and tier-specific shipping information.

How much does the Procolored X one cost?

The Procolored X one is available on Kickstarter in three bundles: Basic at $3,799, Standard at $3,999, and Professional at $4,199 — representing 53–54% off the projected retail prices of $7,999, $8,599, and $8,999 respectively. All bundles ship with estimated delivery in January 2027. Launch pricing is available only during the Kickstarter campaign window.
