1. Sponsor
This giveaway promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Procolored (“Sponsor”).
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Electric Forest Festival.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on June 8th, 2026 at 08:00 PT and ends on June 17th, 2026 at 11:59 PT (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter the Promotion by:
l Following @procolored_printers on Instagram or @Procolored on Facebook;
l Liking the designated giveaway post;
l Commenting on the giveaway post about your favorite song/album/singer and tagging at least one (1) friends.
Participants may receive up to one (1) additional entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging Procolored’s official account.
Limit one (1) standard entry per person and per Instagram account. Eligible participants may receive up to one (1) additional entry through the optional Instagram Story sharing method described above.
Use of automated systems, bots, fake accounts, multiple accounts, or other fraudulent methods of entry is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.
5. Prize
2 Winners will receive:
l 1 General Admission ticket to Electric Forest 2026, including camping passes (Appoximate Retail Value = $900) + $500 travel fare
l Digital ticket transfer or official redemption instructions provided by Sponsor
3 Winners will receive:
l 1 Procolored $100 Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value = $100)
The prize DOES NOT include, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for:
l Good Life / VIP upgrade;
l Hotel or lodging accommodations;
l Food or beverages;
l Parking fees;
l Festival merchandise;
l Personal expenses;
l Travel insurance;
l Any other costs or expenses not expressly stated herein.
Winner is solely responsible for arranging transportation, and any other expenses related to attending the festival.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
If the winner is unable to attend the festival for any reason, Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide substitute compensation, alternative prizes, or reimbursement.
Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification of the festival or any related events.
The winner is prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring any tickets or passes. The winner must abide by all event and venue rules and regulations. 6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winner(s) will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or email within 3 business days after the Promotion Period ends.
Potential winner(s) must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
7. Ticket Redemption
Tickets will be delivered electronically via digital transfer, email, official festival ticketing platform, will-call instructions, or another method determined by Sponsor.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
l Lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered tickets
l Technical issues with the ticketing platform
l Incorrect contact information provided by participants
Festival admission remains subject to all applicable festival entry policies, ticketing requirements, and venue capacity limitations.
8. Publicity Release
By entering the Promotion, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, social media username, likeness, city/state, submitted content, and giveaway-related content for promotional, advertising in connection with the Promotion, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Festival & Intellectual Property Disclaimer
This Promotion is independently operated by Sponsor.
Electric Forest is not a sponsor, administrator, or affiliated partner of this Promotion unless otherwise officially stated.
All festival names, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Sponsor reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the Promotion, giveaway materials, or related content as necessary to comply with applicable requirements or third-party rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that Sponsor, Meta, TikTok, and Electric Forest, and their respective affiliates and representatives, shall not be responsible for:
l Participation in the Promotion
l Acceptance, use or misuse of the prize
l Festival cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification
l Personal injury, loss, damage, or claims related to attendance or travel
l Technical failures, internet issues, or platform disruptions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, legal issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
11. Social Platform Disclaimer
Participants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Meta.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.
13. Governing Law
This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
