FAQs

1. Which Procolored printer can I rent?

For now, we only provide one product bundle for rent - Procolored F8 Panda DTF Printer +Oven. (Since it is a newly released program, the processing time will be 5~10 working days.)

2. Where is this program available?

The program so far is available in California, USA only. Other places are on the way.

3. What is the typical length of lease?

The lease term is 3 months, and we provide another 3-month rental for free to all the program customers.

4. How is the rental period calculated?

The rental period starts the day after your deposit is successfully paid. If there’s a delay in delivery over 5 business days due to processing, the start date will be adjusted accordingly. The rental ends on the day you submit the return request form.

5. What are the return policies?

a. Early Return

If you return the machine before the agreed 3-month rental period ends, the rental fee won’t be refunded. After we receive the machine at our designated location, we’ll inspect it within 5 business days. If everything checks out, your deposit will be refunded within 3 business days.

b. On-Time Return

After your rental period (including any free rental days) ends, please return the machine within 5 business days. We’ll inspect it and refund your deposit the same way as above.

c. Late Return

If you don’t return or purchase the machine within 5 business days after your rental ends, the machine will be considered yours, and the deposit will not be refunded.

6.What if the machine breaks during the rental period and can’t be fixed?

If it’s a quality issue confirmed by our technician, we’ll handle it. If it’s caused by improper use, you’ll need to cover the cost. Special cases will be considered individually.

7. How to return the rental machine after termination?

After your lease termination, please send the rental machine back to the designated location for inspection. We will cover the shipping cost. Your deposit will be returned once we confirm the machine is in good condition.

8. Is special maintenance required for the rental machine?

Yes, daily maintenance can effectively enhance your printing experience. Please follow the machine instruction and our training tutorials to perform proper operation and daily maintenance.

9. Is special maintenance required for the rental machine?

If I keep the machine, is there a warranty? Can I return it if it still doesn’t work after several repairs?

10. Can I cancel the order for a full refund after it has shipped?

You can cancel, but $50 will be deducted to cover shipping.

11. How soon will I receive the machine after placing an order?

Usually within 5–10 business days.

12. How is the repair time calculated if I send the machine for service?

It starts when the courier picks it up and ends when you receive it back.

13. If I throw away the original box. Can you send me a new wooden crate for return?

Yes, we can provide a replacement wooden crate upon request. Please note that there is a $50 fee.

14. Can I earn points for renting a printer?

Yes! You’ll earn points equal to the amount of rent you pay.

15. Is there a limit to how many printers I can rent? Can the deposit be waived for large orders?

There’s no limit. The deposit can’t be waived, but we offer discounts for larger orders.

16. Can I save on rent if I choose a pickup service?

There’s no discount on the rental fee, but we’ll give you a $30 coupon for consumables.

17. Is shipping for repairs included in the rent?

No, it’s not included. The rental fee only covers shipping for delivery and return at the end of the rental. If the machine needs repair due to a quality issue (not caused by the user), we’ll cover the shipping costs for repair.

18. Can I pay in installments if I rent multiple machines?

Installments aren’t available, but we offer discounts for bulk rentals.

19. Can I use a gift card to pay for a rental order?

Sorry, gift cards cannot be used for rental orders.
