I’m happy with my purchase because it has opened up new possibilities for me and the print quality is excellent for most standard designs. However, it definitely requires patience and commitment to maintenance. If you’re looking for a high-speed, beginner-friendly printer and don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty, the K13 is a great option.

Omg I absolutely love this DTF printer I was able to get everything up and running in no time . my prints were very vibrant and I was able to put a design on a gift bag. I have waited over 6 months but it was worth the wait. Love It....

I received my K8 printer about a week ago. Set up was easy. I did have some issues printing however, the chat is super easy to use and they are so helpful. This is my 1st DTF printer and I would say between the ease of use and the excellent technical support it is very user friendly.

First of all, ink setup is such a breeze! With a click of a button it is done. I’m still in the testing phase. But it looks promising!

That said, the initial setup wasn’t completely smooth — I ran into a few hiccups with the software and understanding the maintenance process. It took a bit of back and forth to get everything dialed in. However, Procolored’s customer service was responsive and very helpful, guiding me step-by-step until everything was working properly. That made a huge difference.

Once everything was set up, the printer became a reliable workhorse. Just make sure to follow the maintenance instructions closely and give yourself a little time to learn the system if you're new to DTF printing.
